The disturbing 2001 surveillance plane footage, aired on America’s ABC News, shows the Peruvian fighters opening fire on a seaplane being shadowed by a CIA aircraft.

Good that this stuff actually comes into public domain (eventually) rather than being swept under the carpet.

Saw the footage on TV. Was horrified. Totally agree with Eric that it was good it actually came into the public domain rather than being swept under the carpet. Feel quite sad for the family of the victims who deserve to be heavily compensated by both the US and Chilean governments as part of natural justice. It was actually a sort of summary execution by the military.
