Yesterday, I was feeling overwhelmed with stress. I had been reading about ritual and found myself thinking, I need a ritual to help me right now. So, I took some time to sit in quiet reflection, hoping for clarity.

After a while, the story of Jesus calming the wind and the waves came to mind. Inspired by that image, I decided to do a visualisation exercise, using this story as a foundation for prayer. I wove in a few meaningful symbols, creating a space where I could imagine the stillness after the storm.
Today, as I was driving home, I noticed a gentle breeze, and with it came an unexpected feeling of deep peace. It was as though the calm I had visualised had finally settled over me, reminding me of the power of stillness and surrender in the midst of life’s turbulence.
