Curious Christian

Reflections on culture, nature, and spirituality from a Christian perspective

Is it missional to speak of “missional”? Particularly in public, which it inevitably is when we are communicating via the blogosphere? Isn’t it ironic that missional conversations can sometimes be even more impenetrable to non-Christians than fundamentalist conversations? Sometimes I wonder if Pete Rollins should write a sequel, “How (Not) to Speak of Missional”.

ooo good point, to be honest I am tiring of all the conversation and want to see some good reflective praxis!

You’d have some non-Christians on your blog Sally, how does that effect your blogging?
I have concerns that search engine optimization encourages shibboleths. I mean, we all know that people like Jesus far more than the church, so why then are Christian conversations peppered with church tags, missional Christian conversations included?
