Are head coverings a sign of oppression or a sign of conviction? I don’t know about you, but I think its best to start with the source, and ask the people wearing them before we arrive at hard and fast judgements.

I believe that in France both are illegal, and the numn would be clobbered for wearing a cross.

Im atheist but i study religions just for knowledge. Nuns wants to use those clothes, other nuns dont use habit. Muslim dont say: “hey do you want to use burka”? … its the “law” to use it, dosnt matter if you dont want to, you have to.
