Reflections on culture, nature, and spirituality from a Christian perspective

Revelation describes the false prophet as a master of deception, using spectacle and fear to draw people away from God’s kingdom. Christian nationalism plays that same game today. It wraps political ambition in Christian words but pushes a message of division, control, and exclusion.

But Jesus, the Lamb of God, doesn’t lead by force or fear. He wins by love, sacrifice, and truth.

Authentic discipleship isn’t about dominating culture or politics. It’s about faithful witness — standing firm in the gospel, even when it costs us everything (Rev 12:11).

Don’t be fooled by counterfeit Christianity. Don’t fall into despair either. We were warned in advance to expect such trials. Stand firm in the knowledge that the Lamb will prevail over the false prophet in the end. Not through a sword in his hand but the sword from his mouth: the word of God. Have faith in the enduring power of love.
