Reflections on culture, nature, and spirituality from a Christian perspective

A Lutheran Perspective

Meditation: Pagan and Christian is an article evaluating meditation from a confessional Lutheran perspective. The author, Frederick Toppe, examines the phenomenon of meditation, its connections to eastern religions and western mysticism, and considers its role in the Christian’s life. I’m still evaluating it (given the length) and will refrain from further comment for now, but was interested in the broad range of his investigations.
