Reflections on culture, nature, and spirituality from a Christian perspective

Things I am mulling over after the lesson – procrastination is about avoiding responsibility.

Did some work on transactional analysis.
Very interesting. In what ways am I being “parental” – focusing on
“should” and “must”? In what ways do I need to be more “adult” – and say “I
choose”?

Frank, I would suggest seeking professional counseling options in your local area. I wrote this as a counseling student exploring this issue and its implications for me personally, not as a qualified professional who is fully conversant with the model. It would therefore be inappropriate for me to counsel yourself in this context.
