So how does Jesus reframe your understanding of the Spirit? If you're a convert to Christianity from another religion, as I am, that is probably easy enough to answer, but what about those of you who have been Christians all your lives? Can you walk in the shoes of others for a moment and imagine how your understanding of the Spirit might be different from not knowing Jesus as the resurrected one?

Maybe the Holy Spirit is the relationship between the Father and Jesus made personal; in fact, made *a person*. We are invited into that relationship, personally. The Spirit is a sense-making mystery.
