In contextualizing Christianity for Australia and Australians it strikes me as odd that so little attention is paid to the “rainbow spirit” theology emerging amongst Aboriginal Christians.

While I was thinking about this today I thought I would direct your attention to an article entitles, “Aboriginality and Jesus: Making some bodily connections“. It does indeed make some interesting connections between Aboriginal myth, ritual and Christian baptism.
