This guy here is Vello Väärtnõu, the Perth-based head of Estonian Nyingma Buddhism.
I think it is wise to check out preconceptions about other religions from time to time. How would you know if your neighbour is a Buddhist?
I know this Buddhist, he is the author of online Buddhist Encyclopedia.I met him at the conference in UWA and found him to be very wise and kind person. Later I found much information about him in internet, he has many university level scientific projects.
