I have consistently condemned political violence since I began blogging decades ago. I have explicitly denounced Hamas terrorism against civilians on multiple occasions. That is why I reject the false equation that my opposition to Israeli genocide of Palestinian civilians is the same as support for Hamas. Violence against civilians is always wrong, no matter who carries it out. My conviction is simple: justice cannot be built on the blood of innocents.

Jesus did not come as a mascot for war. He is the Prince of Peace. His example and teaching speak clearly against all violence, all injustice, all oppression. To side with oppressors, whatever their banner, is to stand against Christ himself.
We must refuse to let tribal loyalties silence the cry for peace. Speak out. Take a stand. Oppose all violence against civilians — whether in Gaza, Israel, or anywhere else. Peace begins when we break the cycle of bloodshed and choose the way of mercy and truth.
